reoccurring flight control fault with one of the computers in commend of such devices. TD (aircraft defects) is the primary delay code with ATZ for an airfield/Enroute slot delay and PS as a customer somehow caused a delay too. The TD took the lions share. BA 926 returned to stand due to the fault and there is a note that it appears to have reoccurred in TIA.
