I have found most amenities on this list are available to individuals at the prices indicated. I seem to be only blocked from buying plus points. I am fairly certain they don't publish a list just for individual members.

BTW, I like using CR to fund the UATP purchase. When I re-upped for GS, I got $150K CR points, which I could then use on hotels/travel which essentially got me 4 1/2 cents per dollar.
