I think it’s down to the Ritz and the 4 Points then. The Regency is 2cpp redemption but maybe should save our points so we don’t sacrifice location.

In the US when I was an ambassador one of the mountain Ritz’s here gave me free breakfast and a suite in 2021 but I know they’re not obligated to.
Revolution Day Parade will be on 20 Nov 23. It's a parade for the older military units during the revolution.
There's a Pre-Christmas parade with Santa arriving and it travels on Paseo de la Reforma but I can't remember which weekend it starts. And they have some other Christmas parades with dogs, called the Snoopy Parade.
I just realized you are talking about the "Ritz Carlton" and NOT the St Regis hotel. The Ritz Carlton does NOT recognize status at all from my understanding. And it is a little off the beaten track and none of the parades or activities even go down that far. I wouldn't recommend staying there at all since you are a Titanium.
