As a Titanium, you'll be upgraded at 4 points, but it's nothing like the Ritz, so if you're looking for bling and upgrades and better breakfast go to the Ritz. Hyatt you won't get much of anything. Besides that at Hyatt Polanco all the bars/restaurants are spread out and Sheraton 4 points everything is there and accessible. If you're coming for a holiday, you may want to stay at the Ritz because all the weekday/weekend happenings occur on on the main strip of Paseo de la Reforma.
In my opinion, I would pick the Ritz first for the value, 4 Points second and Hyatt last. I really like the Hyatt Polanco, but unless you are a "Globalist" it's not worth it. No major upgrades, no club lounge, no nothing and too much walking at night to go to different restuarants/bars.
I'm sure others will chime in, but that's what I would do especially if you are visiting around any mexican holiday.
I appreciate this answer very helpful. We will be there the week after thanksgiving so I don’t think it’s a Mexican holiday can you confirm?
Sounds like I should save my Hyatt points then for a different occasion.
The rates I gave above are corporate rates so that rate at the four points is for a suite already. Do they offer breakfast or any other benefits here if I am already booking a junior suite (same rate as king room)?
Finally do you have any experience of them asking for corporate id/verification at these properties?
