Adding another data point for the Hilton Amex Aspire card (joined a few years ago).

Claimed $250 on United Travel Bank in Jan 2023.

My Amex site was showing $200 Flight credit, with $50 to go.

Purchased $50 United Travel Bank on Oct 22nd 2023.

Credited $50 today, Oct 28th (transaction dated Oct 27th 2023).

So, total of $300 credit for the year.
