Intra-Europe Boarding process no business class boarding?
It’s been a while since I’ve done a short haul flight out of LHR. Today the LHR TLS flight had zero business class boarding. Group one was in a hige
line and by the time we boarded all overhead space was occupied by business/economy passengers and even BA employees. Is this the new normal process? I asked the gate agent twice if the business class line was open and she said no it’s all group 1?
