Their attitude made me very uncomfortable, if not more...

I put myself in the OP shoes and thought "what if it had happened to me".

Would this have been the kind of support I would have received?

P.s. a OW ticket GOT/IAD bought last minute costs a whopping € 11,757.

Doesn't this justify some form of good service?
