I am in absolute nightmare situation with RJ and just want to check if anyone had a similar experience with them and what was the outcome if so.

I am due to fly with them in a couple of weeks from CAI to KUL via AMM and BKK. They changed the schedule of the flights 7 times so far but all the changes were minor and didn’t impact my plans. A couple of days ago received a notification that they changed the return flight from BKK to AMM to 5 days later… without even aligning it with the other two flights of the same leg.

I’ve spoken with RJ twice and both agents mentioned potential rerouting as I have to arrive in CAI on the original date as a have a separate flight to LHR. I was told that the rerouting needs be authorised by the ticketing team and will receive a call back in the next 45 minutes… this was 2 days ago. Have sent an email, texted them on twitter and Facebook and nothing…

So to simplify my question… has anyone ever been successfully rerouted on another airline when there aren’t RJ flights available?
