Return leg ...YVR LHR TLV for Nov 13

Notified today cancellation BA LHR TLV

Called BA...advised after checking my eligibility (whatever that means)

offered Nov 14 EL AL departure 1010 pm

Advised additional luggage would be on my account.

Have others claimed additional baggage from BA so far and been rejected or have had claimed accepted since cancellations began and have flown EL AL to Tel Aviv?
