I have a similar issue. Was approved for the card earlier this year but I haven't received any elite night credits. My 90k points did post to my Choice Privileges account and so did my points from spend. But no sign of the 20 night credits. What's even weirder is that I didn't get upgraded to Platinum initially, but I now see my status as Platinum in the app though only Gold on the website. Can't figure it out, and neither Choice or Wells Fargo are of any help. I've all but given up on the 20 night credits and Platinum status.
Haven't received my points. Statement end coming soon. So, will see. If nothing happens this time I'm going to go off. Elite nights no resolution, same circular blame game. FYI, the Choice response on this forum, as far as I have seen have done nothing, which makes sense. The issue is Wells Fargo. Since they are essentially reneging on the 20 elite nights with sign up. Doubtful I will get the 20 elite nights at the start of the calendar year, per the advertised benefits. This is by far the worse run co-branded card program I have dealt with.
