That is why hotels want to check the physical ID that matches with the guest on reservation, and a valid CC to pay for the stay or incidentals!

Still dont understand why some would so aggressively refuse to take his ID out of the wallet to the point that bordering to an assault. If I were the hotel manager I would call the police to take care of it.
