Is a room with tower view better than a standard suite w.r.t the view of the towers? If the hotel automatically upgrades to suite, can we ask to "downgrade" to a room with tower view? I am doing GOH for my family and they are really set on staying at a place with view, don't care about suite as much. I want them to enjoy Hyatt AND the view.
One room was upgraded to Premium Suite with Twin Towers view and the other was upgraded to Grand Suite. Both were booked using points as standard room. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
