The ORD Polaris Lounge has been a bit off as of late, I am not exactly sure the problem, the buffet was not being refilled and the dinning room service was very slow.

The food on-board is very very uneven, last time, it seemed a little better, but the bar is really low.

Friends recently flew in Polaris and said the food on-board was awful, so maybe the caterer matters, not really sure.

I think one problem is the FAs are in a major rush (due to not having enough FAs onboard) to get meals out that they remove the entree from the oven, toss into the bowl with little care and serve it.
