Feeling more relaxed about QR not issuing an updated e-ticket this morning. It seems I can log into manage my booking on the PG website with the QR PNR, and can see the confirmed flight details from SAI in there. Hopefully QR will still update it, but it does at least look like I am confirmed to be on the PG flight!
