The Club Intercontinental lounge is located on RC level directly opposite the escalators connecting the ground floor lobby with the upper lobby where reception is located.
There is no lounge host except during the evening F&B presentation.
Usually this is Larry whom is a favorite with regulars and also a source of fun & hilarity, providing excellent jovial hospitality.
The lounge can be accessed by tapping your toom keycard to open the sliding doors and is available 24/7
