The Polaris Lounge is not much better. My daughter's feedback on her lunch at ORD today:
The monkfish was terribly overcooked, only about half was even edible. Sauce, chard, and polenta all good though.

Also kitchen unbelievably slow and they sent out appetizer and entree at same time.

Overall impression is the buffet in flagship better than sit down restaurant food here.
