Tfs has two lounges in each domestic and international side. One is for F/C and elite passengers with airline invite cards. The other one for credit card and PP access.

The quality of the service is not much different (maybe a few extra food options and a bar) but the airline version is less crowded. Credit cards with lounge access have proliferated in India so lot of people want to go into lounges and you have long lines.
