What about DL flights booked with miles originating outside the US? The award I'm looking at is ICN-SEA (premium select). Fare shows Changeable / Nonrefundable, but no clear indication in the rules regarding miles back to account. Elsewhere on the DL site, there's a mention of $99 deduction for changed bookings originating in Korea; however, the rule doesn't specify if it applies to miles tix.
