Not even close. Just try to gently remind somebody that booking prepaid is a waste of money overall and you'll get dozens of people shouting about how much money they "saved".

But certainly anybody with the time to spare will be booking flexible - points or cash - and checking back regularly. If hotel chains want to dynamic price awards, you've got to play that game fully, not just book and forget...
