Air Asia -- Does Its website EVER work correctly?
I have tried perhaps a dozen times today to book a ticket on AirAsia (I am US-based). Initially it would tell me that the contact person's phone number was invalid. I figured out a work-around for that. Now I cannot get to the payment screen. It is without a doubt the most frustrating experience!

The latest error I seem to be getting is:
Error Code 999: Http failure response for https://k.apiairasia.com/checkout-j/...gcheckout/1/0: 0 Unknown Error

If anyone has any ideas for successfully completing a transaction on the web site, I'd love to know. Thanks!
