It's possible. I've worked with LSG in my airline days to start up a new catering station for that airline. It takes a bit, depending on what level of catering they want to do. The kitchen has to keep enough of the correct cart models on hand to swap with those on the aircraft and there's also catering security that has to be put in place for scheduled airline flights (has to be a third party that isn't the caterer). Not overly complicated, just wonder the rate premium that AS would have to pay for being perhaps the only regular airline customer. High volume stations with large kitchens and many customers the pricing can be in the $25-40 range per catering service... smaller locations with perhaps just one catering customer can be $200 per trip to the aircraft.
