Bus is less frequent. It's likely to might take longer overall. As I see it, the main advantage of the bus over the monorail is that it doesn't require a ticket. If you're already familiar with how to ride the monorail (i.e. how to get the free ticket etc.), I recommend that you continue to use the monorail.
