You might not have read it, but it's very clearly there, on the same page, and you can't complete a purchase without going past it.
Hi Adam, you are absolutely right if you are buying in the desktop environment, but if you are buying on a mobile device on the plane you can click the 'buy now' without seeing those terms. If you have bought 1 hour or flight based sessions previously you might reasonably not expect that there is an auto-renew...at a minimum they should force you to see all the terms you are agreeing to if they are setting up an auto-renew on your CC...as well, I think it would be reasonable that they send a msg a day or 2 before the auto-renew happens asking you to confirm.
