Here, I'll answer my own question. Yes, the Kohala Spa at [Hilton Waikoloa Village] sells loadable Hilton gift cards. Just picked up two to max out resort credits on my Aspire cards.
This tip about purchasing gift cards directly while physically at an eligible resort -- and not online or telephonically, because those are centrally billed through Hilton and would not earn the resort credit -- is an excellent one to keep in mind now that the Hilton Aspire AmEx has gone to semiannual $200 credits.
And the Hilton Surpass AmEx has gone to quarterly $50 credits.
