My phone number is over 20 years old. And it is in my profile. It's so frustrating. Air Asia shows (xxx) xxx-xxxx. When I try to enter the number that way, it defaults to xxxxxxxxxx.

I used AirAsia's WhatsApp bot yesterday to ask for help. I'm supposed to get a response on the app but so far I haven't.
