A bit confused as to when exactly the window opens for selecting bulkhead seats for regular folks.

Is it T-96, T-80, T-48? T-X?

And just for clarification, anything further than T-48 requires online chat/phone? And at T-48 during online checkin bulkhead opens up as well?
