Same airline you wrote about with same carrier couldn't work for 6 agents so it's not easily done.
AA never explained to what one agent had to do to link my SEA-HEL to HE_MUC other than add taxes.
As for my ASIA issue on JL....again it's AA not being able to link to flight in Narita and AA can't find any availability to NRT_ MNL on my econ fare rate at any time for 2024.
Something is odd at AA some agents are trained to know workarounds and most know zero!.
Yes, I can try to find other option using AA miles but not with Finn Air all other flighte rinvolve BA (excessive high taxes) or combo via LHR(AA_BA) which is not advantageous for prices transit time.
These are all issues that AA web site had no problem in 2023....but now in 2024 AA is clueless if AY award flights are available. But I tracked them down one by one on monthly calendar. Only few for all of 2024 SEA-EUrope.
