No to separate longhaul/widebody crews from Feder aircraft crews. Right now FAs get their hours in by flying regional A32S. They are then missing on longhaul. Widebody pilots move back and forth between the A320 fleet and widebody fleets. Mainline/widebody crews are far to expensive to operate A32S ops.
And why do we need Lufthansa Cityline or Eurowings also? Or do they create a new brand for every airplane type? At least from a customers perspective this all is super confusing and gets even worse when each has different benefits and status perks.
