weird that you mentioned this because I also made a reservation a few weeks ago using points and it’s also not in my account under upcoming stays, after finding the confirmation number in my email I entered it into the lookup reservation page with my own last name and it did pull up the reservation the email on it however was “[email protected]” I changed the email to mine hoping this would link it to my member account for it to show up in my reservations
