Just completed a stay here so just wanted to pop in and warn others to avoid. First time in my many years I've given serious consideration to cutting my losses and checking in to a different hotel for the night (and if my stay was >1 night I would have). Room was adequate at best. Shower was smaller than a telephone booth - I'm on the slimmer side and could barely squeeze in.
But the big issue I had was security. The main door is off on a side street (off a main road) in a busy part of the city with no keycard requirements for entry to the hotel itself or for the elevators to guest floors. A few times we walked by the front desk during the evening there were no staff present. Anyone could just walk in off the street and make their way to the guest floors without issue. Which is what I have to imagine happened as we saw some random guy hanging out in the hallway near the elevators on our floor for several hours one night. Don't mean that comment to be presumptuous in any way, but I feel street-smart enough to know when someone is out of place. Don't know if it's entirely appropriate for this forum to elaborate more on what he appeared to be waiting on....
In any case, at 300-600 Euro/night they're asking WA prices for a Swedish prison with sketchy characters about. Stay somewhere else.
