Just stayed here for a few nights, overall a very good option. I was upgraded to a balcony suite, which was a nice gesture, even though the balcony wasn’t too usable due to the weather. The room is small, but pretty functional by New York standards and I was appreciative of the very good soundproofing in the building. This is a rarity in hotels these days, but I heard almost no street noise or noise from my neighbors. The staff was very good, and I shared the elevator with the GM on one of the days - seemed like a nice guy.
I still prefer the Eventi in midtown as my go to IHG property, but this is an excellent back up.
Was your stay cash or points? If points did they charge you the Amenity Fee?
