Plan was to do enrollment on arrival at LAS in December, but I see hours of operation are 10am-7pm and we land at 6.55pm. That's annoying.
And the same timing for my girlfriend's application.
She has dual UK and Russian dual citizenship, born in Russia. Both citizenships declared, but her Russian 'foreign' passport has expired so we used her Russian citizenship 'passport', which doesn't have her name properly transliterated to Latin script. We entered it as shown, which includes numbers where the Cyrillic letter doesn't exist in English/Latin script, and clearly no issue caused with the application.
