i think the point is that BA is consistently inconsistent with the quality of service but Easyjet you pay for something and you get it. If I was very wealthy I would take EasyJet over BA business class for this reason.
Help me on this, I thought the very fact of their (EasyJet) business model and value proposition is to be cheaper and appeal to the masses? Why do you have to be very wealthy or just wealthy to fly with them?
