My gosh, the old club world seats are truly dreadful. I know there are many threads and rants on this, but our seats were literally falling apart and the screens wouldn't stay open without wedging a menu in them. The cabin attendants were very competent though I did skip the meal and chose to sleep most of the way so I didn't get to test them out. This was a miles booking but I can't imagine every purchasing these old club world seats with money.
