I recently flew QR0861 from TFU to DOH. Despite submitting my claim form twice (once online and once with the call centre, including boarding pass and e-ticket), my Avios and Tier points weren't credited. Both claims were denied without explanation.
I suspect there might be a system issue due to the recent shift of international flights from CTU to the new TFU, and BA's system do not has TFU yet. Has anyone else had this issue, especially with flights from these new airports? Any advice would be appreciated, as these points are crucial for my membership tier upgrade this year. 
Pick up the phone, that's worked for me when the form fails
