For the second time in 2 months I have made a free SDC on an open-jaw ticket. This ticket is GLA/LHR///LHR/ABZ.
Some on here still persist on stating that only simple out and backs are changeable. Some will say that a dummy open jaw booking will not state free SDC in the rules so it can't be done. This is because BA.com reverts to the general change rules for BA tickets as opposed to the specific rules that are given on simple out and back Plus/CE fares.
The agent, yet again, catergorically stated after reading the rules within my ticket that the SDC rule was shown.
This is my third successful SDC open-jaw change in 3 attempts. They all had to be changed by phone with Ba.com MMB stating that 'any' changes to
my booking had to be made with customer services. All bookings were made on ba.com and not the app.
It is my opinion that simple open-jaws are included for SDC's
