Just stayed here for a few nights, overall a very good option. I was upgraded to a balcony suite, which was a nice gesture, even though the balcony wasn’t too usable due to the weather. The room is small, but pretty functional by New York standards and I was appreciative of the very good soundproofing in the building. This is a rarity in hotels these days, but I heard almost no street noise or noise from my neighbors. The staff was very good, and I shared the elevator with the GM on one of the days - seemed like a nice guy.
I still prefer the Eventi in midtown as my go to IHG property, but this is an excellent back up.
