FICO over 800, long credit history, CC utilization <10% (just the monthly spend that gets reported to the bureaus). I'm guessing the dings against me are total accounts and total existing available credit.
That's the thing with C1 in general. If it were just a single hard pull it might be worth taking a shot and if you get denied, no big deal, move on. But three is just ridiculous.
I wouldn't mind picking up the SavorOne. Don't really need it but could make use of several of the multipliers. I'm always preapproved but they won't tell me if it's for the version with the $200 SUB or the one with no SUB. No way I'm going to take three hard pulls to get a card I really don't need and get no SUB for my trouble.
And why would anyone get a C1 business card? Three hard pulls
and they report to your personal credit file
and they report any balances you carry to your personal utilization. One of the best perks of a business card is getting 50-55 days of interest-free money without it reporting to your personal CRs and driving up your UR.
I would love to see exactly what their algorithm considers the perfect profile for a customer.
