Last time I flew back to US, UA was still asking for contact info, which pushed the process to > 1 min. For this reason, I usually just check-in at the airport since they haven’t asked for it there and I’ve found the overall process actually takes less time.

I’d probably feel differently if I didn’t have access to priority check-in lines and had to wait in a 15+ minute line just to get a BP.
