Seeking any advice on how to upgrade myself and my partner from San Francisco (SFO) to Taipei (TPE) on Eva Air using United miles. We booked premium economy (T) roundtrip tickets back in July on Eva Air using our United Mileage Plus Numbers. We are both Premier Silver on United and are not members of the Eva Air Infinity MileageLands program. Our flight is scheduled to depart in about three weeks (11/12/2023).

I used to be EXP on AA for 10+ years and never had problems booking/upgrading international flights with partner airlines but trying to get anywhere with the Eva Air website leaves me feeling angry and frustrated. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
