First world problem I know, but are some stations just missing the point of Chairman's returns? In theory it is convenient, and fast. In recent experience it is slow, delayed, and the staff seem put out to have to drive you a few miles. And drive is a relative term. It's more like crawl. I wonder why they don't just let the client drive to the drop off point and then they drive back. Sheez. Slow as a snail springs to mind!
