"Cheap" is an interesting adjective to use when you're looking for 2k SQD, but:

Paid J, not super long. YYG options are a bit sparse. I think you'd actually need to force one direction into Z to get the SQD.
I don't want to do all the work, but it's possible YHZ has better timings that might get you on a 787 on YYZ-LAX-YYZ.
