Free Messaging + Partner was already done when this presentation was given. Flying Lab is the external cameras and some other stuff, which is clearly happening. So it's really what they mean by "Regional Full Fast Free". If they're doing that on the updated 32x, then it sounds more like "North America" rather than what we traditionally call "regional".
But we're going to hit a point where the wifi select benefit stops being worth anything.
We got the memo back when I still Captained the CRJ, that had their press conference regarding this more in-depth; free regional wifi meant Embraer/CRJ. The plan to refurb those planes delayed past the Airbus interior. I'd say your image was plan A and they've moved to plan B which is releasing it on the mainline Airbus fleet instead.
