While the RC is most definitely a nice property, in my experience it has not been a property where one would expect noteworthy views. It's in amongst may commercial buildings that block most views. Maybe if you are willing to pay a higher rate there's a room with a view to be had. It's just that I haven't stayed in one before. If it's the view that matters, then the Liberty is probably your best bet. From colleagues who have stayed at the Liberty, the reviews have been positive and comparable to the RC - but that's subjective.
