All these seats are generally fine in different ways. There's no real 'bad' seat on an A350 in J. I'd personally go for 16K over 1K as 1K is very close to the galley and a crew locker. But often you'll get off a little more quickly if you exit from 1A.

I go for K over A as I'm right handed, so prefer the direction of the seat towards the window.
