List of the changes from VFTW (assuming it came from a media kit based on the graphics); not sure how complete it is given the lack of "no award/contact center ticketing fees" that TPG says remains.

The Zone 1 thing isn't such a big deal... as noted in a separate thread, it's hit-or-miss as to whether they even call Elites or not, and they usually call Zone 1 either immediately after or in the same boarding announcement.
Outside of the status matching they've done the past few years, I don't think this will add too many to the existing levels (obviously the silver tier will grow as it's currently at zero). It varies based on the add-ons one buys, their current status, and route length, but it looks like it is about $200-$250 domestic r/ts (add $100ish for int'l flights, depending on the destination, as non-mile-earning taxes are much higher) are the sweet spot for where you will start to do better with revenue-based elite earning vs mile-based elite earning.
