My assumption is that if there was a difference, they would advertise it in some way. A few of the dishes have very small differences in the descriptions, so when it gives the same description I think it would be an identical dish (probably not cost effective to cater two minutely different meals). Of course they are served on different china and the cabin crew may apply small finishing touches (e.g. garnish) differently between the cabnis.
