Just tried to get onboard an earlier flight from AMS to CPH. I checked in advance and there were available seats. Check-in said I had to do it at the gate, the gate lady said I had to call SAS because she couldn't do it and the gold line couldn't do it either. I often defend SAS and give them the benefit of the doubt, but this one got to me. Fuming...
If they had done the support well, she could simply just have issued me a new ticket and cancelled the old one. Incredible that they can't fix something and think out of the box, when they .... up.
