Sorry to resurrect this old thread, but we're in the same situation as the OP and we have a very long layover in HND, which we would obviously rather spend in the F int'l lounge than domestic lounge. Hypothetically speaking, if we were able to get into the F Sakura lounge, would we be able to exit the secure *departure* area to transfer terminals for our domestic flight?
