YES, 21/2 years later still not corrected.
Anteater has suggested contacting CS after flights to request the COS bonus promoted on the website.
I have not had the nerve to do it…

How hard is it to add “ plus, earn up to 75% more Mileage Plan bonus miles for your First Class ticket purchase” ?
I think it would be pretty simple. The only issue would be is that it wouldn't be accurate.
Full fare Business Class in fare clsss J (yeah, I know, they call it First Class) earns 100% COS, so 200% EQM.
